4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

Booking: Sessions should be scheduled in advance through our site or by contacting us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. We encourage rescheduling where possible. No cancellation fees apply at this time.

Service Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a reading or session, you may request a refund. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve, but providing feedback is optional.

Product Returns: Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund if they are in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Subscriptions: If subscriptions are offered, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partially used subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card number or CVV. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Any applicable taxes or shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

6. Virtual Sessions

Many services are available virtually. You are responsible for having a suitable device and reliable internet connection. A phone is typically sufficient. We are not responsible for issues caused by your network, device, or environment. If technical problems prevent a session from being completed, we will work with you to reschedule.
