4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge of the full session cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of your session. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Gift certificates and package deals are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our approval.
